Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect:

• Parent/guardian name and email address
• Child's name and class
• The items, sizes and quantities you order
• If you choose home delivery, the delivery address you provide

We do not see or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor — card numbers are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and never pass through our servers.

How we use it

• To process and fulfil your order (preparing items for collection or delivery)
• To email you an order confirmation, and again when your order is ready or dispatched
• To identify and match your order if you contact us about it

We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with anyone outside the parties needed to fulfil your order (Stripe for payment, and our email provider for order emails).

Cookies

This site does not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. The only cookie set anywhere on the site is a strictly-necessary, staff-only login cookie used by school/shop administrators to access the order management area — it is never set for ordinary visitors placing an order.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and for our own accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your order data at any time using the contact details below.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do so, or if you have any questions about this policy, please contact the school office or Grenaways directly.
